Charged per introduction. No retainer.

We charge a flat fee for each introduction we make. There is no retainer, no subscription and no sign-up fee. The fee is agreed in writing in advance, and we make the introduction by email within 5 business days of the invoice for it being paid.

In most markets the provider pays and the company with the need pays nothing. In some, both sides pay. You know which applies to you before anything is invoiced.

Clients in the United States are invoiced in US dollars (USD). Clients in Canada are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD).

If we have not made the introduction within 5 business days of the invoice being paid, we refund the fee. Once an introduction is made, the fee is not refunded. If the company we introduce you to does not match what we told you about it, tell us within 14 days of the introduction and we replace it at no additional charge.
