Terms of service

B2 Intros is a business name registered in Ontario, Canada, and is based in Mississauga, Ontario. On this page “we”, “us” and “our” mean B2 Intros, and “you” means the company we work with.
These terms cover our introduction service and this website. If you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.
The service
We introduce companies that have a specific, current need to the companies equipped to meet it. We find them through public records and by reaching out to companies that match what our client is looking for. We qualify both sides first, confirm that each is interested, and make an introduction only when both have agreed to it. The steps are set out under How it works.
What you pay for is the introduction: an email that connects you directly with a named company and the right person there, together with what we have confirmed about their need or their capability.
Introductions are made by email only. We do not make them by phone, by video call or in person.
What happens after the introduction is between the two companies. Whether you work together, and on what terms, is your decision and theirs. Any contract is between the two of you. We are not a party to it, we do not perform the provider’s work, and we do not collect or hold payments between you.
We do not promise that an introduction will lead to a contract or to any amount of business.
Fees
We charge a flat fee per introduction. There is no retainer, no subscription and no sign-up fee.
In most markets the provider pays the fee and the company with the need pays nothing. In some markets both sides pay. Which applies to you, and the amount, are agreed with you in writing before we make an introduction. You are never invoiced for a fee you have not agreed to.
Each introduction is invoiced separately, and we make it only after the invoice for it has been paid. If you do not agree to the fee, there is no invoice and no introduction.
Currency
Clients in the United States are invoiced in US dollars (USD). Clients in Canada are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD). The currency is stated on every invoice.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe. They do not pass through this website, and we do not see or store them.
Refunds and replacements
We make the introduction by email within 5 business days of the invoice being paid. If we have not made it in that time, we refund the fee you paid.
Once an introduction has been made, the fee is not refunded. Every introduction carries a replacement commitment instead. If the company we introduce you to does not match the information we gave you about it, tell us what did not match within 14 days of the introduction and we will replace it with another introduction at no additional charge. This applies whichever side of the introduction you are on.
The commitment covers the accuracy of what we told you. It does not cover a decision by either company not to go ahead.
To ask for a replacement, write to us through the contact page. The 14 days run from the date of the introduction email.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and no minimum term, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop working with us at any time. Each introduction is paid for before it is made, so nothing is owed when you stop.
